Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumis by Luminous Metrics ("Lumis", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lumis is a marketing analytics platform that aggregates data from Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console into a unified dashboard. The Service provides data visualization, AI-powered insights, and report generation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Google API Integration

The Service accesses Google APIs on your behalf with your explicit authorization. You must have the right to access the Google accounts you connect. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account Settings.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your marketing data. The insights and reports generated by our AI are provided for your use and belong to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to collect data from accounts you do not have permission to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google) that may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for data accuracy issues originating from third-party APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
